Kunming People to Experience Craftsmanship

People will be able to experience a craftsmen's life in 21 activities in five areas in Kunming city, Yunnan province at a cultural innovation activity on June 1-7. The innovation activity will be one of the largest of its kind, www. ynci.cn reported.

Kunming will hold the activity to answer the call of Premier Li Keqiang to retrieve the “Spirit of Craftsmen”, citing the motivation as promotion of aesthetics among the citizens.

Over 100 courses on cultural innovation will debut to the public in the activity and 2000 cultural creative products will be on display. More than 30 craftsmen in the city will be on site to demonstrate their skills.

Visitors will also be able to experience virtual reality devices and view animation models.

Yang Yue, a famous regional female anchor, will share enchanting folk customs and culture with shoppers in a mall in Kunming on the weekend.
